- InphoMatch is a global cross-platform, wireless messaging and Internet
application service provider. By providing interactive messaging capabilities
anytime, anywhere through a single telephone number, InphoMatch products
and service build an unparalleled portable and scalable platform based
on sound technology. In late February, Draper Atlantic led a round
of financing with over $1.5M that brought InphoMatch’s valuation
up to close to US$7M from little over US$3M. DragonFund’s bridge
financing was in place in November of 2000. DragonVenture was a consultant
for InphoMatch. Both DragonFund and DragonVenture benefited from the
early entry and hold substantial amount of warrants in InphoMatch.
