VP of Sales & Marketing
(Position to be based in China)

Candidate will be in leadership position to help hi-tech company already with shipping product and customers to accelerate the sales process, ramp up and generate revenue, refine the business model and be the key member leading the company to IPO or acquisition.

Ideal candidate maybe former managing director or general manager of China of former global fabless semiconductor companies or successful CEO of startup companies doing business in the Greater China region. Candidates will typically have over ten years of chip/high-tech system sales related experience - with the most recent experiences in Asia Pacific Market - especially China. Candidates should be well connected to many key system vendors/customers and distributors and knowledge about the chip market and high-tech arena. In addition, abilities to recruit/build a new but lean and mean sales organization while managing several existing talented technical sales and marketing members will be a plus. The position will likely be based, in one of the fastest growing cities in China. Some traveling between the U.S. and the China office would be required. Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese a plus.




CFO
Candidate will be part of the core management team for one of the most exciting and fully funded post-product/post-customer company. Candidate will work to refine company's multi-faceted revenue models to help grow the company into a predictable revenue generating company and prepare the company for IPO or acquisition.

Ideal candidate must have former finance/accounting experience in a semiconductor company (or hardware based technology company) and is familiar with the best practice used in the industry. Candidate should have had at least 10 years of experiences in finance or controller position. Past experiences functioning as startup CFO a plus. Prior auditing experiences in chip companies via big five firms a plus but not a must. Familiarity of working with contracts and payments receivable and collectable from international sources (especially with Asia) a plus. Financial background/education required (BBA in Accounting, Finance, CPA desirable), MBA a plus. The position will be based in St. Louis, Missouri.
 




General Partner - Greater China Region
Participate as a member of exiting or soon-to-be-formed fund management team operating in a multi-national environment with a focus on new fund formation, proprietary deal flow, risk management, development and exit of the portfolio companies. Proven ability to raise venture fund from Greater China region, US, or other global sources preferred. Responsibilities: identify, recommend and execute on deal flow and fund raising prospects. Establish relationships with local corporate ventures, local venture capital firms, and local limited partners to grow DragonVenture's capability and help portfolio companies mitigate risk and identify business opportunities. Preference is given to those with previous venture capital experience with ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic team environment. Candidates should have previous venture capital experiences or proven record to raise fund.

* Ability to be relocated in major cities in the Greater China region will be preferred.






General Partner - Mobile Communication Fund
Ideal candidates would have either strong operational or investment experiences in the Mobile Communication industry. Preferably, you were former senior executives at leading Mobile Service or Equipment providers from Europe, U.S., or Asia Pacific. or you were managing director or senior member of venture capital fund targeting this area. You will participate as a member of soon-to-be-formed fund management team operating in a multi-national environment with a focus on new fund formation, proprietary deal flow, risk management, development and exit of the portfolio companies. Proven ability to raise venture fund from global sources preferred. Responsibilities: identify, recommend and execute on deal flow and fund raising prospects. Venture Associate - IC Fund
Ideal candidates would have excellent analytic skills and entrepreneurial experiences in the IC related industries (including EDA software, fabless IC design house, IP Module, subsystem, and solutions). The candidate would be knowledgeable or can quickly become an expert in this highly technical field - specifically understanding the industry trend, key problems that currently exist or will soon occur, and good understanding of the the competitive landscapes - both on public and private sector. Familiarity with the Greater China marketplace and the related industry in Taiwan would be preferred but not required. Candidate will assist the managing director with a focus on deal flow, due diligence, risk assessment, and profiling of startups. Preference is given to those experienced in a fast-paced high technology environment or investment banking environment with proven ability to work in a multicultural team environment. Emphasis on international business and/or post-graduate technical degree preferred but not required.





Managing Director, Merger and Acquisition
You will help DragonVenture identify, negotiate, and manage M&A related cases on behalf of DragonVenture’s clients or portfolio companies. Ideal candidates would have several years of experiences in the M&A business and have proven experiences in successfully closing deals. You are responsible for developing candidate generation strategies, candidate assessment, consulting with senior management, and negotiating offers. Demonstrated account management, analytical abilities, and leadership skills required. Must have strong technical aptitude and exceptional communication skills. Experiences with Cross-Pacific M&A highly desired. A BA/BS degree or equivalent investment banking experience required.





Business Development Manager / Cross-Pacific Consulting Manager
Participate in a management team operating in a multi-national environment with a focus on helping U.S. based clients to penetrate and expand market share in Greater China or China based clients to the U.S. Responsibilities: identify, analyze, recommend and execute on opportunities for enhanced customer service, process reengineering and cost optimization in support of competitive advantage for Cross Border operations. Develop best practices in support of Greater China growth, market share development and operational excellence, partnering across regions and operations functions to ensure continual improvement. Preference is given to experienced in business development, familiar with performance or contingency based compensation. Candidates should have BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance, Sales & Marketing or related area. Emphasis on international business and/or post-graduate degree preferred.


Systems Administrator
DragonVenture is looking for an organized and proactive system administrator experienced in either the Microsoft or Linux Platform. Ability to pick up new technology and work in a team environment is crucial. Candidate should be familiar with Windows 2000, Exchange 2000, DNS, and Active Directory or their equivalent in Linux platform. Experience with Routers, Firewalls, Databases, and Web Servers is a bonus. Familiarity with co-location environment, large-scale server management tools and system programming using Java and Visual Basic is desired. Candidates should have 1-4 years experience in startup or Internet companies. BS/MS in computer engineering or related engineering degrees with MCSE is preferred.


Financial Analyst
Perform financial analysis for portfolio companies including equity valuation, due diligence, M&A valuation, goodwill impairment testing, in-process R & D valuation & FAS 141 & 142 compliance consulting. Req. MBA + 6 months exp in job offered.
