Education Delegation from China Visits DragonVenture

Palo Alto, California, April 22, 2002

Silicon Valley Based cross-Pacific venture capital and consulting firm DragonVenture, Inc. today greeted an education delegation from China at its Palo Alto headquarters.

Members of the delegation included professors and program directors from leading Chinese universities, and government officials from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, as well as Consul from Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in San Francisco. They visited DragonVenture to share ideas and views with DragonVenture's team of cross-Pacific consultants about the education development in China and potentials for joint programs between Chinese and US education institutions.

Founded by two Chinese-American entrepreneurs, DragonVenture aims to play the unique role of bridging the US and China market. Under its consulting services umbrella, DragonVenture has been facilitating US education institutions in tapping the huge education market in China.  The Chinese education delegation was more than impressed with DragonVenture's enthusiasm and commitment in improving education in China.
