Objectiva Software Solutions and DragonVenture Enter into a Strategic Alliance

CARLSBAD, Calif. July 22, 2002- Objectiva Software Solutions, Inc., a leading software development services company, and DragonVenture, Inc., a Silicon Valley based, cross-Pacific consulting and venture capital firm, have entered into a strategic alliance. The combined effort will provide higher value to the clients and business partners of both firms that wish to expand into the Chinese market.

Under the terms, DragonVenture will provide mutual clients with strategic level consulting services to include opportunity identification, strategy development, relationship establishment and investment facilitation. In turn, Objectiva will provide software outsourcing and IT strategy-consulting services such as software internationalization and localization and the establishment of private label development and support centers.
