DragonVenture’s Client InnoLogic Acquired by Synopsys

Silicon Valley based cross-Pacific venture capital and consulting firm DragonVenture, Inc. sees its consulting business outlook unfolds positively in a dim economy. One of its consulting clients, InnoLogic Systems, Inc., a pioneer of memory and full-custom equivalence checking technology, was recently acquired by Synopsys Inc., the world leader in integrated circuit (IC) design software.

InnoLogic is the leading EDA provider of formal verification solutions for full custom silicon implementations. With this acquisition, Synopsys now offers a faster, more comprehensive formal verification solution for today's complex system-on-chip (SoC) designs containing large instances of embedded memories, complex high-speed I/Os, and other full custom circuits.
