Silicon Valley Chinese Wireless Association is a non-profit wireless focused organization based in Silicon Valley.  The winter conference focused on the tips and traps of starting and growing wireless ventures both in the U. S. and China. In line with the theme, Edwin gave a speech entitled "What VCs are looking for in a startup?"  To answer this widely asked yet hard-to-answer question, Edwin introduced a brand-new concept of "SPACE2", the acronym of Special, Problem Solution, "A" Team, Customer, Entry Barrier and Exit. Edwin elaborated that startups should be prepared for such key questions from the investors: What's so special about your startup?  What are the problems you are trying to solve and what's your solution?  What's your management team?  Who do you value as customers?  Who do you perceive as competitors and what sustainable competitive advantages you have over them to "leapfrog" the competition?  And last but not least, what's your exit strategy?
