Venture Associate Summer Program (VC101)
- August-November 2002
Interested in becoming a VC? Interested in starting your own
fund or joining an existing partnership? Interested but do not know
how?
The 101 program will provide you with a firm grasp on the essentials
and the fundamentals of the venture capital process to prepare you
to be on the "inside" of the venture capital industry.
As a mean to expand DragonVenture's reach and talent resource,
we are pleased to offer a very rare opportunity for very selected
few people.
Qualified candidates for this summer training program are ones
who are seriously contemplating a future career in venture investing
(whether as angel investors or professional venture capitalists).
Candidates must be committed and willing to invest both time and
money to learn about venture capital/private equity industry.
The selection process is extremely competitive with less than 10%
selected. The program will be conducted in small class setting (typically
4-6 members) and tutored personally by one of the partner-level
member of DragonVenture during a month-long period. The class is
expected to conduct research together, collaborate on case analysis,
and learn and grow as a team.

describing why one is interested in the program along with a copy
of one's curriculum vitae to training@dragonventure.com
as a condition to receive course overview, agenda, and application
material.
